W.I.N.G.S. (Widows' Ministry) invites widows and single women over 60 to join us on Saturday, Dec. 5 at 5:30 pm for an evening admiring Christmas lights, Christmas caroling, and eating Christmas goodies. We will meet at the church and ride the bus to local lighting displays. Afterwards we will go to Norma Lindeman's home for caroling and delicious Christmas goodies! Circle of Faith

The Circle of Faith Christmas Dinner will be held on Friday, Dec. 4 at 6:30 pm in the home of Nancy Willingham. If you plan to attend please RSVP Nancy at 407-892-3376.

Christmas Story Event

Poinciana Christian Church would like to extend an invitation to everyone as they host their tenth annual “Journey to Bethlehem”, a drive-thru Christmas story. The event will take place on Dec. 4, 5, & 6 from 6:00-8:30 pm at 3181 Pleasant Hill Rd, Kissimmee. The event is free. There will animals, live actors, music and lots of lights!  So come out and journey to Bethlehem and see the Christmas story unfold.  

Women’s Ministry Christmas Party

The Women’s Ministry Annual Christmas Party will take place in the fellowship hall at First Christian Church on December 7, at 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. We are going to have a sock exchange!  Bring new socks stuffed with fun items to exchange. Keep it under $5.00, be creative & have fun! Also, bring a treat to share! Desserts or veggies welcome! We are excited to fellowship and share the heart of Jesus with you! Hope you can come and bring a friend!

Young at Heart Christmas Brunch

All Young at Heart adults (55+) are invited to a “Christmas Brunch” to celebrate the Christmas season together on Tuesday, Dec. 8, at 10:30 am. It will be a great time to fellowship, enjoy delicious food and special guest Michael Coppock will present a special Christmas concert just for you! Please bring your favorite side dish to share. Servants Needed

Grace Landing is launching a program to help homeless girls (ages 18-23). First Christian has committed to finding a family who will host a young lady in their home and to finding 4-5 ladies who will provide support to the host family through transportation, mentoring, tutoring, helping them find work, and enroll in school.  If you are interested in the possibility of helping a homeless young lady please come to a meeting on Wednesday, December 9, at 7pm in room 204.

M.O.P.S. (Mothers of Preschoolers)

All mothers of preschoolers (birth to Kindergarten) are invited to our MOPS meeting on Thursday, Dec. 10 9:30 - 11:30 am, at the church.  Childcare and food are provided.  MOPS International yearly membership is $24.95. MOPS meets at the church on the 2nd Thursday of each month. Contact Jennifer Holderby MOPS Coordinator, for more information, 407-319-5881. Night of Noel

The annual Christmas concert, Night of Noel, will be spectacular! Featuring the combined choral ensembles of our Florida and Tennessee choirs. Join us for an evening featuring anthems, carols and the spoken word which celebrate the message of Christmas. Singles Ministry Christmas Event

Our Singles Ministry is having their annual “Christmas Potluck” dinner at Doreen Weiss’s home on Saturday, Dec. 12, at 6:00 pm.  Please bring your favorite side dish to share, and a “white elephant” gift (optional).  Sign up at the Connect Counter. Men’s Breakfast

Our next Men of Issachar Breakfast will be Saturday, Dec. 12, at 8:00 am here at the church.  Come and enjoy a great breakfast and an opportunity to pray, encourage and fellowship as men who value the role of being a godly man in an often times spiritually depleted culture.  Please sign up at the Connect Counter if you plan on attending.

Boxes of Blessings

Our Boxes of Blessings Outreach has served many families these past several years.  Let's continue this important ministry to our church family and community by donating a box with all the fixings for a Christmas dinner!  If you’d like to donate a box, stop by the Boxes of Blessings display table in the foyer for information and a list of nonperishable food items needed in each Box of Blessings.  Donations must be dropped off at the display table in the foyer of the church on Sunday, Dec. 13, before church services or the church office on December 14, between 8:15 am -4:15 pm.

Is your family in need of assistance?  If you are in need of a box of blessings this Christmas season please stop by the Boxes of Blessings display table to complete a registration form or stop by the church office during business hours.  If you are selected to receive a Box of Blessings your box will be ready for pick up at the church on Dec. 16 between 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.  

Motorcycle Ride & Lunch Invitation

Pastor Tom Martinez would like to extend a motorcycle ride invitation to all church members. The ride will take place on Saturday, Dec. 19, at 9:00 am and riders will meet at the church. Riders will be stopping for lunch and fellowship before returning to the church. *Motorcycle required. For more information please contact Tom at tom.martinez@fcckissimmee.org.

Bob Miller Memorial Golf Classic

Join us for the Bob Miller Memorial Golf Classic, Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, to support Lake Aurora Christian Camp.  We will have three 4 person teams in the scramble.  Golfers will play Oakwood Golf Course in Lake Whales, FL followed by a delicious meal at the Lake Aurora Dining Hall. Event registration information and sign up is located at the Connect Counter.  This is a fun way to support the camp that many of our kids attend each summer. Deadline to register is Dec. 31, 2015.

Ministerio de Viudas

W.I.N.G.S. (el ministerio de viudas) invita a viudas y mujeres soltera de 60 años o mas que nos acompañen el sábado, 5 de diciembre a las 5:30 pm para una noche llena de cánticos navideños, hermosas luces navideñas y saboreando dulces y postres navideños. Nos reuniremos en la iglesia y montaremos el autobús hacia locales comunitarios con decoraciones hechas de luces navideñas. ¡Después iremos a la casa de Norma Lindeman para cantar cánticos navideños y compartir dulces y postres navideños! Evento - “La Historia de Navidad”

La Iglesia Cristiana de Poinciana estará celebrando su décima reunión anual "Viaje a Belén", la historia de Navidad vía auto-servicio. ¡Deseamos extender le una invitación a todos!  El evento se llevará a cabo diciembre 4, 5 y 6 de 6:00-8:30 p.m. en el 3181 Pleasant Hill Rd., Kissimmee. Ministerio de Damas Celebran las Navidades

El Ministerio de Damas les extiende un invitación a la fiesta anual de navidad que se llevará a cabo aquí en la iglesia en el salón de compañerismo, el 7 de diciembre de 7:00pm -9:00 pm. ¡Vamos a tener un intercambio de calcetines! Ministerio de Corazones Jóvenes

El Ministerio de Corazones Jóvenes (55+) les invita a un "Brunch de Navidad" para celebrar la temporada de Navidad el martes, 8 de diciembre, a las 10:30 am. ¡Será un tiempo estupendo de compañerismo, comida deliciosa y como invitado especial, Michael Coppock les presentara un concierto Navideño especialmente para ti! Grace Landing

Grace Landing está lanzando un programa para ayudar a muchachas jóvenes sin hogar (entre las edades de 18-23). La Primera Iglesia Cristiana de Kissimmee se ha comprometido a encontrar una familia que será el anfitrión de una joven en su casa y e entre 4-5 señoras que prestarán su apoyo a la familia a través de transporte, asesoramiento, tutoría, ayudándolas a encontrar trabajo y a matriculándose en la escuela. Si usted está interesado en la posibilidad de ayudar a una joven sin hogar por favor venga a una reunión informativa el miércoles, 9 de diciembre, a las 7:00 pm en el salón 204.

M.O.P.S. (Madres de niños Preescolares)

Madres que tienen niños preescolares (recién nacidos hasta los 5 años) están invitadas a nuestra reunión de M.O.P.S. el jueves, 10 de diciembre a las 9:30 am - 11:30 am, en la iglesia. Noche de Noel

¡El concierto anual de navidad, Noche de Noel, será espectacular! Con el canto combinado de nuestros coros de Florida y Tennessee. Ministerio de Solteros

El Ministerio de Solteros tendrá su cena anual de navidad en la casa de Doreen Weiss el sábado, 12 de diciembre a las 6:00 pm. Desayuno del Ministerio de Hombres

El próximo desayuno del ministerio de Los Hombres de Issachar será el sábado, 12 de diciembre a las 8:00 am en la iglesia. Venga y disfrute de un desayuno estupendo y la oportunidad de orar y compartir en el compañerismo de hombres que valoran el rol de ser un hombre piadoso en una cultura espiritualmente empobrecida. Cajas de Bendiciones

¡Las cajas de Bendiciones ayudaron a muchas familias el año pasado! Las Cajas de Bendiciones se preparan con todos los alimentos para la cena navideña y dados a familias necesitadas. Servimos a muchas familias el año pasado! Vamos a ministrarnos el uno al otro como una familia unida. Pase por la mesa de exhibición “Cajas de Bendiciones” en el vestíbulo de la iglesia para obtener información y una lista de alimentos no perecederos necesarios en cada “Caja de Bendiciones”. Las donaciones deben ser entregas a la  mesa de exhibición en el vestíbulo de la iglesia el domingo, 13 de diciembre antes de los servicios de adoración o a la oficina de la iglesia el lunes, 14 de diciembre, durante las horas de 8:15 am - 4:15 pm.

¿Necesita su familia una caja de bendiciones? Si usted está en necesidad de una caja de bendiciones esta temporada de Navidad por favor, pase por la mesa de exhibición de cajas de bendiciones a completar un formulario de inscripción o pase por la oficina de la iglesia durante las 8:15 am - 4:15 pm. Si usted es seleccionado para recibir una caja de bendiciones su caja estará lista para recoger en la iglesia el miércoles, 16 de diciembre entre las 9:00 am -12:00 pm. 

Invitación - Paseo de Motora y Almuerzo

Pastor Tom Martínez quiere extender le una invitación de paseo de motoras a todos los miembros de la iglesia. El paseo ocurrirá el sábado, 19 de diciembre, a las 9:00 am. Participantes del paseo se reunirán en la iglesia. Parar en un para almorzar y pasar un tiempo en compañerismo antes de regresar a la iglesia.
