Sounds of Christmas
Join us on Sunday night, December 3rd at 5:30PM for the Sounds of Christmas worship service. Our Adult Choir, Instrumental Ensemble and KCA kids will help us kick-off the Christmas season.  Don't miss this night of great Christmas music!

Co-ed volleyball

Christmas Toy Distribution
Gray's House of Hope is pleased to announce Kissimmee Christian's first Christmas Toy Distribution! We will be handing out toys to those in need of a little help this Christmas on Wednesday, December 20 from 3-6PM and Saturday, December 23 from 10AM-1PM. If you are in need of some toys for your child(ren) this Christmas, please sign up at the Connect Counter.  To find out more, visit the ministry table in the Cafe area or speak to Jacqueline Gray at 407-483-8738.  Deadline to sign up is Dec. 15

Upward - New Season
We are excited to announce the upcoming season of Upward - Indoor Soccer for K-8th graders! Registration has officially opened and will remain open until January 12, 2018.  The cost is $65 per student with discounts for each additional student. Practices will be every Tuesday starting in February and games will begin in March. If you want more details, please speak to Lance Spencer, our Athletic Director or email him at upwardsports@kissimmeechristianchurch.

March to the Manger
On Christmas Eve we will once again be collecting a special offering.  This year’s offering will be applied to purchasing acoustic tiles for the new Ministry Center which will help alleviate the sound challenge.  We will also apply a portion of this offering to our benevolence ministry.  Our goal this year is $40,000!

Basket of Blessings
That first Christmas in Bethlehem, God sent a gift greater than the manger could contain.   Grace, hope, peace on earth - good will toward men - all laying in a manger!  In the same spirit of grace, all Kissimmee Christian Church bible-fellowships, ministry and life groups are invited to sponsor a "basket of blessing" this Christmas season - a laundry basket overflowing with items that will bring the grace, goodness, and peace of the season to some in need of its blessing.  For more information, contact the church office, or Roland Howard.

Circle of Faith
Circle of Faith will have their Christmas Dinner on Tuesday, December 5th at 6:30PM at Broadway Pizza. The restaurant is located at the corner of Main and Broadway in downtown Kissimmee. Please RSVP to Nancy Willingham @ 407.892.3376 if you plan to attend.

WINGS to JUFL Night of Noel
You are invited to attend Johnson University Florida's night of music on Friday, Dec. 8 as we celebrate Christmas through the choir with songs from the 40's and classic Christmas anthems. Cost of tickets is $10. We'll meet at KCC at 6:00 and leave for the college at 6:15 PM. Concert starts at 7:00. We should be back at the church around 9:00 PM. Come join us!!! Sign up today!

Young At HEart Christmas Potluck
The Young at Heart (55+) would like to invite you to their Christmas Pot-Luck Luncheon on Tuesday, December 12th, at 11:00 a.m. Several of our nonagenerians will share Christmas Memories of long ago by our cozy fireplace. Night of Noel
Join JUFL for an evening featuring anthems, carols and the spoken word which celebrate the message of Christmas.  Concert includes a time of fellowship and delicious holiday desserts. Tickets are $15/each or $25/two and will be available at the door.

Order your Poinsettia
If you’d like to purchase a Christmas Poinsettia in honor of or in memory of a loved one, you can fill out the poinsettia envelope and include your payment inside.  The cost of the poinsettias are $5 each.  If you’d like to pay with a check please make it out to Kissimmee Christian Church, put “Poinsettia” in the memo line, and return it to the Drop Box at the Connect Counter.  The last day to order a poinsettia is Sunday, December 10. 

IMPACT Practice
It's that time of year, the holidays are here and Impact, our youth flag football tournament, is right around the corner. This means that we will be starting practice this month in preparation for the big day of games. If you're a middle or high school student and would like to join us for an amazing weekend of worship and football, come to our first practice on December 10th from 2:30-5PM at the Kissimmee Lakefront.  

Poinciana Christian’s Drive-Thru Christmas
Poinciana Christian Church would like to extend an invitation to KCC to attend their FREE Drive-Thru Christmas story, “Journey to Bethlehem.” They will be hosting this event on December 1st, 2nd, and 3rd from 6-8:30PM.  No reservations or tickets are required, bring your family and friends and experience the various scenes with live actors and animals and experience the true meaning of Christmas.

Service Saturday - The Big Give
Elementary kiddos, join us on Saturday, December 2nd from 9:00AM - 1:00PM as we go Christmas shopping for kids in our country that are in need. Each child will need $10 for shopping and $5 for lunch at CFA. Please sign up on our church's website or app by Wednesday, November 29th. SuperStart Informational Meeting
There will be an informational meeting on Sunday, December 3rd for 4th & 5th Grade students and their parents concerning the upcoming CIY (Christ in Youth) SuperStart Conference. The conference takes place January 26-27, 2018. Come find out what SuperStart is all about and get your questions answered. Meeting will be at 12:15PM in Room 124 (Kids Worship Room). The tech team is in need of folks to run lighting and video cameras during our morning services.  These require minimal skill but have a big impact on our church!  The many volunteers behind the scenes make the Kissimmee Christian we love.  You can do this! La Iglesia Kissimmee Christian Church se alegra de anunciar el inicio de Lugar de Celebración para Niños desde 5to grado y Lugar de Mini Celebración para las edades de 3 y 4 añitos. El Lugar de Ce-lebración  ayuda e inspira a los niños con esperanza y gozo a través de actividades divertidas y aprendiendo a descansar en Jesús. Celebrando la Recuperación es un ministerio donde aplicas los 8 principios bíblicos basados en las beatitudes, permitiendo que el Señor trabaje en nosotros proveyendo Su poder de sanidad. Este studio ayudará a las personas a cambiar espiritualmente trabajando con principios bíblicos. Si estás interesado en trabajar en tus heridas, hábitos y complejos, favor de firmar en la mesa de conección  para unirte a este nuevo grupo de studio. Las clases comenzarán el domingo 5 de Febrero.  Libros 1 al 4. Damas comienzan a las 9:30 en la oficina de Jim y los caballeros a las 11:00 am en el cuarto   205.

¿No Te Pierdas Las Bendiciones De Servir
A veces, en nuestro fervor bíblico para enfatizar que la salvación no es por obras, no somos capaces de apreciar plenamente que hemos sido salvados para hacer buenas obras (Efesios 2:10). De hecho, Dios te ha colocado en tu iglesia con el fin de que tú puedas ser edificado, de modo que puedas trabajar y servirle. Si nos permitimos seguir siendo sedentarios esto significa que estamos descuidando el mismo propósito de Dios para nuestra salvación y de otros. Al servir, sigues y te comportas como Jesús y con eso también lo glorificamos. Mujeres en Quietud
Mujeres en Quietud invita a mujeres de todas las caminatas de vida a aprender a confiar en Dios en medio de sus circunstancias mientras nos ministramos las unas a las otras aprender quién es nuestro Padre y cuánto nos ama así podemos aprender a confiar en Él más profundamente, no importa lo que estemos enfrentando. Nuestras circunstancias cambian, pero el amor de Dios y su fidelidad son constantes. Durante nuestro tiempo juntas:
·       Oraremos las unas por las otras 
·       Aprenderemos a tener una relación más íntima con Dios
·       Ministraremos a mujeres que están sufriendo
·       Animaremos y apoyaremos nos las unas a las otras con la verdad de la Palabra de Dios
·       Aprenderemos a cultivar una relación más profundo con nuestro Señor
·       Aprenderemos a combatir más efectivamente a través de la oración
·       Aprenderemos cómo llegar a ser fortalecidas con Su gracia y quietud

T.O.P.S.
¿Están listos para dejar de hacer dieta y comenzar a hacer verdaderos cambios? T.O.P.S. le puede ayudar a lograr sus objetivos de pérdida de peso proveyéndole las herramientas, información y apoyo necesitado para alcanzar éxito. T.O.P.S. se centra en hacer cambios de estilo de vida pequeños y constantes, étos proporcionan salud y pérdida de peso duradera. Miembros aprenden a comer mejor, moverse más y mantenerse motivados a través de los programas educativos que preparan nuestros expertos y que nuestros voluntarios presentan en reuniones semanales. Nuestros miembros no buscan perfección sino mejorar con hábitos saludables. Juntos reconocemos y celebramos las victorias de nuestros miembros, grandes y pequeñas. Holiday Gift Market
The Holiday Gift Market is TOMORROW, November 16, 5-8PM. This is a time to come shop for the season from home-based businesses in a festive atmosphere. There will be performances from several children’s choirs, as well as concessions and a visit from special Christmas guests!  You won’t want to miss this event, come and get some early Christmas shopping done!

Kathy Lawson Memorial Service
There will be a memorial service for Kathy Lawson (Mary Lawson’s daughter) in the Fellowship Hall Sunday, November 19 at 3PM.  Questions, see Tom Jones.

Pancake Breakfast
Sunday, November 19, our ministry is pausing from our Sunday School study to enjoy fellowship over some yummy pancakes. If you have a student that is in middle or high school, please have them swing by the Ministry Center this morning for some great company and food.

Scholastic Book Fair
Kissimmee Christian Academy will be sponsoring our annual Scholastic Book fair from November 12-20.  It will be open after church on November 12, Wednesday night, November 15, Thursday night, November 16 during the Holiday Market and Sunday morning November 19 after both services.  It will be a great opportunity to purchase Christmas presents for the children in your life and help us build our classroom libraries.
