Give Everywhere
Summer is upon us. A lot of our church families will be traveling. Vacationing is what we do during the summer. That being said the programs and the ministries at the church do not stop. Along with Vacation Bible school in July and youth conferences going on we need our church family to continue to give faithfully. With the app and online giving options it makes giving, while away, much more convenient.

New Adult Bible Study
What would the church be like without Paul’s great letter to the Romans? Romans may be the most important letter you will ever read. Join us on Sunday, June 26 at 9:30am in room 210 when Mark Durbin begins a new bible study on Paul’s letter to the Romans.

Faith and Freedom
Join us on Sunday, July 3 at 6:00 pm for our Faith & Freedom service. We will honor our veterans, recognize community leaders and will be featuring the Liberty Voices. Bring your favorite homemade dessert to share.

Congregational Meeting
From time to time the leadership of the church revisits and revises the by-laws of the church in order to be more fluid in our communication. The elders have made some modifications as well as some updated changes to the by-laws that will need to be approved by the congregation on Sunday, July 10 at our 5:30 pm service. The changes range from adding a general statement of membership and marriage and a clearer statement of faith as well as the process of how we nominate elders and deacons. We are also slightly modifying the name of the church to be Kissimmee Christian Church. We feel this will help us to better identify with our local community by clarifying our location in connection to our neighboring community. You can pick up a copy of the by-laws at the Connect Counter.

Lake Aurora Summer Camp
Attention parents of upcoming 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders! Our mini week of camp is less than a month away. The dates are July 10-12. We plan on taking a big group from our church, so gather your friends together. The theme this summer is Limitless Hope. There will be many exciting things to do including paddle boating, archery, and swimming in the lake. Pick up a brochure in the lobby or children’s' foyer. For more information, contact Jennifer Holderby at jennmerk@hotmail.com

All Church Family Picnic
Everyone is invited to our “All Church Picnic” at Johnson University Florida in the Student Union Building, Wednesday, July 13, 5:30 pm. The pool will be available along with the sand-volleyball court. So bring your lawn chairs and towels and join us for a great time of fun and fellowship. Chick-fil-A sandwiches, chips & drinks will be provided by the church! Please bring a dessert to share. Sign up if you plan to attend.  Donations will be accepted.

Women at Rest Ministry

· Learning how to have a more intimate relationship with God
· Praying over one another
· Ministering to women who are hurting
· Encouraging and supporting each other with the truth of God's Word
· Learning how to grow deeper in their relationship with our King
· Learning how to battle more effectively through prayer
· Learning how to become empowered by His grace and rest
