What is a Habit?
Habits tend to be unhealthy patterns that often start as a perceived “remedy” for some problem in your life, but end up turning into a chronic bad behavior or addiction.  Habits are the repeat, default scripts you run to when the going gets tough.  They are your grooved plays that continually lead to trouble in your life.

Some common habits include: Abusive behavior, alcohol, bitterness, eating disorders, gambling, gossip, lying, self-mutilation, sex addictions, spending problems, workaholism, drugs, and smoking.

Celebrate Recovery is a recovery ministry that applies the 8 Biblical Recovery Principles (based on the Beatitudes) with a goal to let God work through us in providing His healing power. This allows people to be “changed” spiritually by working through sound biblical principles.  Celebrate Recovery is a ministry that applies the 8 Biblical recovery principles (based on the Beatitudes) with a goal to let God work through us in providing His healing power.
We meet every Friday at First Christian Church of Kissimmee, 6:30 pm, second floor, rooms 206-208.

Feet on the Ground / F.O.G. SUCCESS!
THANK YOU!  Because of your continued support we were able to mail 20 boxes to our soldiers this month.  They are appreciative of our packages and are also deserving of our support.  For our next mailing we are in need of the following:  tooth brushes, tooth paste, baby wipes, canned spaghetti, canned ravioli, canned tuna, canned chicken, canned fruit, beef jerky, snack bars and hard candy.  Any cash donations are used to purchase items not donated and for postage.  Thank you for supporting our soldiers through this ministry.  May God bless them and our great country!

MATRIX Middle School Mission Trip
Our Middle School Mission Trip is a huge success!  June 9 - 12, current 6th - 8th grade students will join us as we serve our city!  Students will serve for three days and one fun day!  (Well it’s all fun!)  Students will stay at the church each night.  This is a perfect way to learn about missions.  If you have a middle-schooler, sign up today!  Please pray for our students as they serve.
